I’ve recently been appointed to the Japan-US Friendship Commission (JUSFC; a US federal agency overseeing bilateral ties between the two nations), with simultaneous appointment to the US-Japan Conference on Cultural and Educational Interchange (CULCON). I’m pleased to contribute to the lasting ties between the two nations in this new position.
